The deadline for Saturday Delivery on December 22nd was 4pm on December 20th. This method will be reintroduced on December 24th at 5pm for delivery December 29th**.
*Delivery to remote areas may take an extra 1-2 days.
**Not available to Northern Ireland postcodes BT10-BT30 or Scottish Highlands & Islands.
All orders are shipped using DPD and will require a signature upon receipt. You will receive delivery updates by email and SMS (if you supply your mobile number during checkout) throughout the process.

Yes you can, just enter the address as the Shipping Address during checkout. Please ensure the Billing Address you enter is the address at which your card is registered.

Yes we do, a returns form will be included with your order with instructions on how to return the product/s at no cost.

Products purchased on this website can be returned free of charge for a like-for-like exchange or refund. A returns form will be included with your order with instructions on how to return the product to us at no cost, please retain this form and the product packaging until you’re sure the product is suitable. We have also extended our returns period for Christmas 2012.

All orders include a printed invoice, so please don’t have your order shipped directly to the recipient if you don’t want to reveal the price of a gift. We are not currently able to supply gift receipts.
You also need not worry if the item needs to be exchanged – we offer free returns. A returns form will be included too so that unsuitable products can be returned at no cost for a like-for-like exchange, please retain this form and the product packaging until you’re sure the product is suitable.

Yes we do, any items purchased on this website from November 15th onwards can be returned free of charge for exchange or refund until January 31st 2013. A returns form will be included with your order with instructions on how to return the product to us at no cost, please retain this form and the product packaging until you’re sure the product is suitable.

If you know the product was purchased from www.uggaustralia.co.uk, you may return it to us free of charge for a like for like exchange or a refund, using the returns form included with the order.
